We have just had the results analysed and overall I am pleased that we are largely meeting your expectations. We scored very highly in most categories but we do not intend to be complacent. We want to provide you with the best possible experience when you visit our pharmacy and so we will be working on a programme of continuing improvement. Many of you did not realise that we have a private consultation room. So if you do need to talk to one of our pharmacists in confidence, please do ask as we are more than happy to help.
